NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Fork Township will accept bids for:
Removal and replacement of three windows at the Fork Township Hall, located at 147 Northern Avenue, Barryton, MI 49305. Project includes: removal and disposal of existing windows and installation of three new insulated windows. Project specifications and the scheduling of a site visit/walk-through can be obtained by contacting Lori Helmer, Fork Township Supervisor, at [email protected] or by calling (231) 349-2803.
Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm Local Time, Friday, July 3, 2026, in the drop box at the Fork Township Community Center, 3265 20 Mile Road, Barryton, MI 49305 or by US mail to Fork Township Clerk, PO Box 203, Barryton, MI 49305. All proposals must be clearly marked Window Replacement Project.
Must be licensed, insured, and must provide documentation to the Fork Township Board with the sealed bid.
The Fork Township Board reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids or to waive informalities, and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the township.
