Hi! That's me, Elise! You'll often find me running off to hide from your photographer during special moments, pinning boutonnieres, surprising the wedding party after I manage a quick change from setup gear to professional attire, fixing dresses & buttons moments before walking down the aisle, bustling wedding dresses and so much more... usually with my clipboard, walkie talkie and coffee in hand (but not my phone because I always put that down and lose it- that's why I have a smart watch, honestly).

Also, I had a good hair day for Tara & Gavin's wedding- I wish that was always the case.

When working with seacoast and beach weddings, Mother Nature is not always on our side.
When planning a wedding in New England, weather is always a risk, but especially a beach ceremony in October. Carolyn and Ryan's wedding weather was set to be absolutely perfect, with a southern storm staying out to sea. However, the ocean and seaweed had other plans in mind.
When we arrived onsite for the rehearsal the day before the wedding, the beach was absolutely covered in seaweed from the storm. The following day, during our window of low tide, we found the clearest spot for the ceremony, raked a path through the seaweed for the guests and processional.
That's probably not something you want to be doing on your wedding day, but a strong, professional team of planners, we can take that on - and your guests would be none the wiser!

When I'm working with a couple, I want their wedding day to be a true reflection of what is meaningful to them. It may not mean much to anyone else, but knowing that there is a extra place setting as a memorial, or whatever it may be, will mean so much to the couple, their families & friends. My goal is always to make your wedding day feel like YOUR wedding.

I gave Sara from a very limited brief on the design of this shoot, and to say she knocked it out of the park is an understatement.
We navigated rain and pivoted entire setups and installations for this shoot. It wasn't an easy feat, but all of the vendors were endlessly patient and an absolute joy to work with.

Earlier this week I had the chance to meet with a coordinator, who wanted to learn more about the Seacoast Hitched Heroes wedding and how she could help on the big day. I always love these conversations, there’s something pretty special about sharing what this program is all about.

Since 2015, I’ve had the honor of planning this wedding for Veteran and Active Military couples. It started as a simple idea: create a meaningful way to give back to couples who sacrifice so much for our country and may not otherwise have the opportunity to celebrate their marriage in this way.

2026 will mark our ninth wedding, and I still get just as excited watching it all come together.

One thing that really stood out during our conversation today was reflecting on how many vendors return year after year to donate their time and services. While we’re not officially a non-profit organization, the number of professionals who continue to show up for these couples speaks volumes. This program means a lot to all of us.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend the Make Your Own Luck event planned and designed by the crazy talented Brittany S Events and Toasted Host Events at the Artisan Hotel at Tuscan Village.
I’m still on a high from visiting with so many industry friends and motivated & inspired by the wonderful panel of vendors.
But also, I took a total of FIVE videos of the gorgeous space. I will get better at this, or just need someone to follow me around and take content so that I can continue to forget about it 😂🤦🏼‍♀️
