Hartman's is a family owned and operated business. We are set on 23 country acres in Central Massachusetts. We have a beautiful New England, country garden setting! Hartman's Herb Farm is an operating herb farm with a bed & breakfast as well as a post & beam dining room that is available for private functions such as weddings, funerals, showers, family reunions, garden groups and more. it our gift shop and 4 greenhouses 7 days a week from 10am-5pm. The B&B is open year round. Hartman's does all of it's own catering on site with fresh herbs and produce that is grown at our farm in season.

THANKSGIVING BUFFET DINNER Hartman's Herb Farm in Barre, MA. Thursday November 27. Settings between 12pm and 2pm. By reservation only. Call (978) 355-2015. Payment is due when your reservation is made, no refunds. $45 per adult kids 6-12 1/2 price kids 5 and under no charge. Menu: Turkey, Ham, stuffing, fresh gravy, green beans, roasted butternut, mashed potatoes, cornbread & dinner rolls, salad, fruit, cheese and crackers, pies for dessert (apple, pumpkin or pecan) (Vegetarian option of butternut ravioli with maple cream sauce by request only!!) BRUNCH will be available Sunday November 23 & December 14th.
Buffet Style for each: Lunch- Chicken Mediterranean, Baked Haddock, Vegetable Ravioli, Roasted Herb Potatoes & Mixed Vegetables, Soup/Salad.
Brunch- Broccoli & Cheddar Egg Bake, French Toast Casserole, Bacon\Sausage, Roasted Potatoes, & Vegetable Ravioli.
