Good Morning! We have had several people ask about staging times and weather.
As it looks right now, the rain will be holding off for us this evening but check back on this page for updated information. We will be posting here throughout the afternoon if anything changes.
Staging will begin at 4 pm in the Gordon Parking Lot by the athletic fields. Please enter from Highlander Way.
Also, PLEASE, look over the rules and regulations before arriving.

Rules and Regulations

1. There are to be no human Santa’s in the parade. Blow-up or non-human Santa’s are permitted.
2. All participants (including walkers), must be in constant motion and must maintain the pace of
the parade. At NO time will a vehicle or float slow down to a slower pace because of walkers
that cannot keep up with the parade pace. Adjust your walkers accordingly.
3. All bands/dancers must be appropriately uniformed and maintain the pace of the parade. No
exceptions. Please keep all dance routines and moves appropriate for family-friendly
environment.
4. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and supervised unless
otherwise notified.
5. Absolutely no texting or phone usage during the parade. This is to ensure the safety of all
participants involved.
6. There is to be no political campaigning during the parade.
7. All entries must be decorated and have some type of operational lights.
8. All horses MUST have a Bun Bag aka horse diaper.
