Wowzer!

I decided to take a jar of Uncle Ham's Barbecue, LLC bourbon pickles and fry them. They turned out amazing.

Steps:
#1 Drain the juice
#2 Dredge in AP Flour
#3 Dredge in egg
#4 Dredge in crushed Ritz crackers
#5 In to the air fryer until the color is golden brown.

Dunked in some Litehouse ranch and down the gullet!

Get Fired Pizza is truly legit pizza y’all. Tonight they did a test pizza for me and used our Uncle Ham’s Barbecue Bourbon Barrel Pickles on their pickle pizza!!! The first word that came to my mind after I took one bite was “chronic”! It was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten! Even in an extremely hot oven, the pickles kept their crispiness and amazing flavors. Be sure to follow their page to see where they will be set up next!
