Bardstown!!!! Lets get this pizza night going, shall we? We’ll be at Bardstown Advance Auto Parts tonight from 5-9pm. We hope you’ll come by and grab some of that piping hot wood fire pizza. Also, to our Bardstown neighbors, we want to thank you guys for hanging in there and being patient with us while we get everything going for the Shepherdsville location. We are VERY close to being finished and getting the trailer back to our regular schedule that you guys are used to here in Bardstown. It’s been a ride so far. Warning🚨 Sappy Post:

Yesterday was a bad day to be a food trucker. Or was it? A small item in the road ended up being hundreds in repairs, shuffling of vehicles, delays in service to our customers, etc. Yet somehow I woke up feeling richer than before it happened. After this tire popped and we pulled over, and posted to let you all know we would be late, I can’t begin to tell you how awesome it was for the phone calls to start rolling in (within the first minute!) and people started stopping to offer us help, rides, tows, labor, you name it. It was raining. The wheel was stuck on the truck. The spare didn’t match. It was not good times. The trouble everyone went through to help us get back in service and get pizza to our customers I can tell you was a lot. You guys really are the best of people. So you know what? Honestly, yesterday was a great day to be a food trucker. That expensive little fork in the road reminded us how enriched our lives are to have great people who care about us in it. Thank you to everyone who came to the rescue yesterday.

Wanna come see our flashy new tire? Well then come by Salt River Brewing Co today where we’ll be slinging some Sunday pies from 2-6pm, and you can marvel at all its synthetic rubber greatness 🛞🍕

Our good friend Larry Watkins got our trailer to Salt River Brewing Co and we are up and running. Please be patient with our staff as they are short one person (me) until we can get the truck tire repaired and get back to the trailer. Thank you so much for the support and understanding. And a big shoutout to all of the customers who phoned to offer us roadside help, and to Michael Spalding and his brother Eric for coming out and helping me get the tire off the truck in the rain. We have the best people surrounding us. Our customers truly are our friends. We appreciate all of you. 🪵🔥🍕
