What a perfect, quite literal reminder to ā€œdance in the rain.ā€ Life will inevitably have storms. Rather than wait for them to pass, we learn to find joy in the process and keep growing through the challenges.

Over the last few years, I have had the privilege of preserving memories of numerous dancers that have walked the halls and twirled across the floors of The Macholah Ballet, Inc. One of my favorite parts, is working with some of the same dancers and seeing how much they have grown year to year. It is so sweet to see the pride in those parents eyes as they bring them for their sessions and the beauty not only of the students all dressed up in costumes but the inner confidence they have obtained from the classroom that year. I am so grateful for the families that trust me with their memories!

Marshall University Class of 2026
I recently had the privilege to document some of Fredā€™s last days as a Marshall student. We traveled around campus to capture moments by the historic fountain, Old Main, Drinko library, and engineering building where he spent many hours of his education. These photos were extra special, because Fred truly is one of the finest young men I have ever known. We met through youth group at church and I have watched him grow in so many ways. He has one of the biggest servant hearts I know. Heā€™s referred to me at one point as a spiritual gangster, quite the compliment coming from someone I see pursue God is all they do. Congratulations šŸŽ“šŸ„³
