It's time to welcome Spring with lots of flowers 🌸 🏵 🌼 💐 🌸 I will be hosting a few fun events at the studio this Spring. I'll have two holiday pop-ups for Easter & Mother's day where you can stop by anytime to buy your holiday bouquets and arrangements. I'll also be hosting very special floral design workshop on May 2nd (the weekend before Mother's Day) where you can come design a floral arrangement and enjoy tea, charcuterie & decident treats from my favorite local pastry chef
There will be limited seating for the floral workshop and tickets will be available to purchase next week!

Reminiscing on my first wedding of the 2025 season and how much fun it was to get to work with tropical flowers and colors 🌺 The highlight for me, was getting to adorn the unique vw bus with a giant flower crown! This couple had a very sweet love story and got married at a nostalgic location with an intimate outdoor patio where the groom played music with his band .hawaiian.cafe and it wouldn't be a hawaaian wedding without desserts and ube cookies for the guests to take home! Special thank you to for your supporting role that day and taking all the lovely photos & video 😘 I'm so excited for all the 2026 weddings and the dream color palettes I'll be working with this year. I just can't wait!!!

Thank you for asking to capture this special occasion for me 💝 I am beyond grateful to everyone who showed up this weekend. From friends and repeat customers to local neighbors and business owners, thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting this small town florist. It was an absolute pleasure to meet so many friendly faces and welcome you all into my little floral design studio for Valentine's Day. I'll remember this one forever❤️

Our very first pop-up 💕 3 years ago, on Valentine's Day I gave Betty the Flower Trailer the debut she deserved. After diving deep into my hobby of growing flowers during 2020, I discovered my passion for floral design and Sunrise Hill Flowers was born. While I had the opportunity to practice my my craft doing events and arrangements for family and friends, I also became obsessed with the idea of creating a mobile business that would allow me to bring unique bouquets and arrangements to the public. After an incredible amount of research and many sketches in my notebook trying to capture what I was dreaming up in my imagination, I found this miniature trailer that fit the bill perfectly. She was exactly what I needed to get started, but of course she needed a bit of elbow grease and a lot of paint! In fact, her original name was Ugly Betty 🤣 (I always saw her potential and lovingly changed her name once we gave her a little makeover) Since then she has made many voyages to local businesses and community events, where I was blessed to meet so many amazing clients, vendor buddies, and friends. Last year, the snow kept me from being able to give her the outing she deserved, so you know I'll be dusting her off this Valentine's day for her Anniversary!

Registration for my next Floral Design Workshop is officially OPEN 🎉 If you have been waiting to attend one of these creative workshops where you learn how to arrange flowers like a pro, this is the perfect opportunity! Flowers are obviously my love language, and I can't wait to share the art of floral design with you on Valentine's Day ❤️ The workshop will be located at my new studio next door to Local Joy Coffee & Wine in Banks. No experience necessary, all tools & materials provided, light snacks and refreshments provided, and everyone goes home with a beautiful floral centerpiece in a quality ceramic vase! I would like to invite all of my family, friends, clients, customers and anybody else that I've had the opportunity to meet on this flower journey to the Grand Opening Valentine Pop-up at Sunrise Hill Floral Design Studio 🎉
If we have not had the chance to meet yet and you have somehow found me in this social media space and followed along here, I would love to meet you! This Pop-up will be an Open House style, two day event, on Friday & Saturday February 13th & 14th, from 10am-4pm. It also happens to be Sunrise Hill Flowers & Betty The Flower Trailer's 3 year anniversary, so you know I'll have lots of special surprises in store at this Pop-up event 🥳 There will be a limited quantity of my signature, fresh wrapped bouquets and gift bags available to purchase at this this event, so please send me a DM to pre-order so I can guarantee that you'll get one.
There will also be a special Valentine Happy Hour After-Party on Saturday 2/14 from 4pm-6pm that will include a floral design class where everyone takes home a beautiful vased arrangement. Tickets to the happy hour floral arranging class will be available for purchase through Eventbrite next week! There will only be 10 tickets available, so keep an eye out and snag one early (I'll share the link as soon as tickets are live) I can't wait to celebrate with everyone✨️ It fills my heart with Joy to celebrate 3 years with all of you ❤️

I am so excited to FINALLY announce that Sunrise Hill Flowers has a new permanent home on Main Street in our home town of Banks! 🥳 🎉 🎊 🍾
On December 1st, I officially got the keys to my own floral design studio on the property of Local Joy Coffee & Wine. Last night we celebrated with family & friends in the new space by making & decorating holiday wreaths, enjoying hot drinks and delicious food by the fire, and ending the evening with the most epic small town Christmas Parade we've ever seen!
This holiday event took a village to pull off! I want to thank my husband for the late nights this week installing cabinets, countertops, and Christmas lights on the building, and to my favorite flower farmer and friend Annie, for trecking through the forest with me to harvest greenery and spending days in the barn cutting and prepping. To my dear friend Ona for the constant emotional support, bottomless tea, and bringing the most beautiful & tasty treats last night. To my best friend Shannel for turning boxes of decor into a cozy Christmas workshop with me and to my Mother and biggest fan, for turning all the food and drinks into a gorgeous spread and going above and beyond helping me order all the necessities to get started! Grateful is an understatement for how it felt to enjoy the fruits of our labor last night with so many loved ones. I felt so much joy, love, and support around that table, and enjoyed talking to every person that stopped by to say hello and welcome me to the neighborhood! So excited for this new chapter in my business and to see what's in store for Sunrises Hill Flowers in 2026🥂 Stay tuned for all the updates and a studio tour in my stories ✌️

It's your wedding, do what you want! If you want to have a private ceremony, do it! If you want to have all the kids celebrate with you (or not), do it! (Or don't) There are no rules when you and your partner are deciding how you want to celebrate your special day. Whatever you decide to do, it should make you both happy! That way, you keep the stress low, and the vibes high ✌️
