120’ x 168’ covered arena
250’ x 180’ outdoor arena
12’ x 12’ stalls with 12’ x 24’ private paddocks
2 tack rooms
13 acres available for riding
Trailer parking
Pasture turnout (weather permitting)
Located near the Linear Trail

Feeding provided up to 3 times per day (owner supplies feed)

Dixie is searching for her next partner and forever person! This stunning black-and-white Paint mare is 17 years young, stands approximately 14 hands tall, and has a wealth of experience to offer her next rider.
Dixie is truly an all-around horse who has done it all. She has successfully competed in both youth rodeo and high school rodeo events, making her a seasoned and dependable partner in the arena. Her experience includes breakaway roping, heeling, barrel racing, goat tying, and pole bending.
Dixie is best suited for a beginner to intermediate rider looking for a horse that can help build confidence while still being competitive and fun. She knows her job and enjoys having one.
Dixie does require annual maintenance to keep her feeling and performing her best.
If you're looking for a versatile, trustworthy mare with years of experience and a heart of gold, Dixie may be exactly the horse you've been searching for. She has taught our kids and all the friends over the years and is ready to help her next person create lasting memories both in and out of the arena.
