Not everyone can say they could go back to their childhood home 27 years later and still see the mural your artist mother painted in your baby nursery before you were born. To still have the glow in the dark stars on the ceiling like a time capsule..
The older I get the more intrigued I am with the details and the angels in the paintings.
She made herself and my dad, my cousins, aunts, and other family members into what each person looked like as little children.

The time and passion. This was true mother’s love.

I’m so glad we could get this chapter documented. Nothing like scheduling and shooting a session all in one day, but I’m happy that they will forever get to keep this maternal moment in their memories forever.
