Wedding Coordinator (Day-Of Assistant)
About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator to support our Lead Planner in executing seamless, beautifully organized events. This role is all about bringing the vision to life on event day—ensuring every detail is in place, every vendor is aligned, and every moment runs smoothly.
If you love fast-paced environments, can think on your feet, and take pride in creating unforgettable experiences, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with event setup, styling, and overall venue preparation
• Communicate and manage timelines with all vendors
• Support and execute all day-of logistics
• Set up and manage client décor elements including
• Provide support to the clients, wedding party and more
• Oversee end-of-event tasks
Qualifications
• Prior experience in event planning, weddings, or hospitality
• Availability for weekends and evenings
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to travel to event locations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical setup tasks
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods (10+ hrs)
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and problem-solve
