Getting my first warehouse wasn’t about looking successful.
It was about the business demanding more space.
By fall 2020, I had outgrown my house, my garage, and multiple storage units. I had inventory everywhere, trucks that needed somewhere to park and clients booking faster than I could keep up.
At that point, B.Luxe was consistently bringing in $25,000–$35,000 months, and I knew the next level required real infrastructure.
But something else was shifting too.
I was no longer just getting requests for props, backdrops, and themed pieces.
More wedding and corporate clients were reaching out for furniture, bars, tables, and elevated rentals.
That’s when I started making inventory decisions based on demand not just what I liked.
The warehouse gave me space. But strategy gave me direction.
And once I had both, B.Luxe started becoming something much bigger than I originally imagined.
Comment PART 9 to hear why I invested $20,000 into completely rebranding my business. 💕
