We just received this text message today from our bride from Friday night. Really caught us in the feels.🥲 We cannot tell you how great it feels to get this kind of personal note from our customer. Thank you Brooklyn. You and Zach were amazing as well.🤩
When the party ends on a high note…..
Thank you Brooklyn and Zach. We hope you had an amazing time. Congratulations🥂🎉
Creating a bride and groom’s dream is what we live for. Today we are at Cameron Estate Inn for Brooklyn & Zach’s wedding. Mother Nature isn’t cooperating today so we moved everything indoors. But here’s a sneak peak at the Before & After of the reception hall. We are providing the sound and the lights today.
Here’s to a great party…🥂
Last night Harford Vineyard & Winery hosted an Howling 80s dance. Tickets were sold out. Seeing the outfits brought some great memories of going to the mall, dropping quarters in the video arcade, the music. It was a fantastic night. Lots of singing along to Bon Jovi, Journey, Rick Astley. (You’ve been Rick Rolled…..LOL).
Anyways here’s some picture from last night.
Here are some tips we found online for booking professionals in these topsy-turvy times:
Tips for Couples Booking 2022 Weddings...
1. Book your vendors EARLY! The uncertainty of the pandemic led to cancellations and postponements in all event categories. With COVID vaccines available and cases only in the single or double digits in some jurisdictions, the event world is getting bombarded with requests for 2022.
2. Please be patient during peak event seasons... As professionals, you would expect any vendor you deal with to return emails or calls within one day. In the DJ industry, that is no different - except, with events opening back up on a large scale, your DJ may be juggling an added part-time job that helped him/her to get by until events picked up, plus the rescheduled events that were contracted and paid for in 2019 or 2020. Remember that most entertainers are working weekends, so please allow 24-48 business hours to respond to your inquiries.
3. You truly do get what you pay for... There are vendors at all price ranges in the event and entertainment industries. The companies that provided knowledgeable staff, excellent service, proven results, and top quality equipment (or food/drinks) are in high demand and their prices are based on supply and demand. If a vendor's price seems too good to be true, it probably won't be a good experience. Check reference and review sites like WeddingWire or theKnot. Verifying membership in a business association or checking for liability insurances or licenses (if required, such as local health department or food safety certifications), can also bode well in your search for a professional vendor that you can trust with your big day.
Overall, make sure you can rest easy with your vendor selections and enjoy your special occasion with family and friends.
Cheers🥂 and best wishes!
Fall weddings are so much fun. We did a site visit to the beautiful Cameron Estate Inn in Mt. Joy, PA yesterday for an Autumn wedding. The weather was perfect.
Why do we do site visits? It helps us visualize your dream and helps us to make that dream come true. If we are doing uplighting to make your reception warmer or more exciting, we can see how we can achieve this. Site visits also let us see where the venue normally allows us to set up our equipment. We get to meet the venue team and get to know them. Getting to know the other professionals makes your event relaxing to you, your guests, and the professionals.
Here are some of the pictures we took yesterday. Cameron Estate had two wedding being prepared so you will be able to see how they may set up for your wedding.
We are looking forward to being a part of Brooklyn & Zach's wedding here at Cameron Estate Inn this Fall.
Cheers.🥂
Our view today. Congratulations Chad and Christina.
About last Saturday….600 guests, backyard event, lots of fun🤩🤩🤩
