I love Mod Pizza! Last night was movie night at The Rotunda, Aladdin entertained the (socially distanced) crowd and Mod Pizza rose to the occasion! I watched one employee give wonderful attention to a little boy customizing his pizza and almost forgot to order my own! I got a customized Cauliflower Crust with sausage, gorgonzola, artichoke hearts and mushrooms with pesto and red sauce and it was delicious! Thank you MOD Pizza for making us all feel special and fed in healthy and delicious ways!

I love my Sunday Mornin' Migas! I took the Mexican Tomato Soup I made Thursday and called it "Salsa" this morning!

I put on on top of my eggs and some corn tortillas that I quartered and gently fried in olive oil, garlic salt and with some red onions.

Before I took a bite, I realized what a hurry I was in to get it eaten and then get on to the next thing on my "plate" of life, the calls I've scheduled, the things I want to do.

If I didn't pay attention and be present for the actual eating of this delicious creation, it would be gone and all I'd have left would be the taste of red onion and not much sensual enjoyment during the process!

So I took a deep breath, I got aware of what was on the plate, how it tasted and what it felt like to eat it and all the people who were behind the scenes to bring it all together to my plate.

And it was delicious!

Guess what?? I enrolled in to become a !

It's an incredible six month program teaching Nutrition, Coaching Skills, Personal Development and Business Development. I'm so excited that I will get to integrate all the things I've been learning in the past few years!

I get to help other people help themselves to lasting changes they desire in their lives!
