Possibly the coolest MTG event we've ever done?

In celebration of our imminent move (and in order to reduce our huge excess bulk stock) we're putting on the tournament of tournaments!

Here's how it works:
Pick your bulk from our bulk table. You can fill an entire box, which fits around 700 cards. You'll have 1.5 hrs to build your decks. After that, fight your friends for a chance for some HUGE special prizes from our prize table. Schedule and format-specific rules below!

COMMANDER:
Pick one commander from our rare/legendary pile, then build a 100 card singleton deck with your chosen 700 bulk cards. You may use any non-basic lands you find as part of the bulk box. You may borrow our basics.

Pods of 4, one winner from each pod. Participants will receive a door prize.

CONSTRUCTED:
60 card constructed, 4 duplicates per deck, all built from your chosen 700 bulk cards. 3 rounds of play, prizes per win and special prizes for 3-0!
6 PM Build
7:30 Play

📣 It’s time — we’re moving out!
Our last day in the current space is Sunday, May 18. But don’t worry — we’ll be back in early June with a fresh new space, a brand-spankin'-new food menu, new programming, and more.

🎉 To send our former home off right, we’re throwing a big ol’ goodbye party the weekend of May 16–18 — expect drinks, games, pizza, and some fun sendoffs of the old space.

🍸 While we’re closed, our team will still be out there hustling! We've got some amazing pop-ups planned with our friends at , , and even . Every pop-up is planned specifically to supplement our crew's reduced income during our downtime, so each event you make is money in their pockets. Partying for a good cause, am I right?

📦 We’re also looking for volunteers to help us move! Lend a hand, share some laughs, peek at the new spot, and take home a couple goodies to use at the future spot. Keep an eye out for a form in the next few weeks.

Hello there!

We would be honored if you would join us on Sunday, May the 4th as the Jedi take over No Land Beyond!

A storm is brewing! Tarkir: Dragonstorm is here and this is your first chance to play with the new cards!

All Tarkir: Dragonstorm events are 3 round sealed deck events. Each player receives a Tarkir: Dragonstorm prerelease kit to build their sealed deck. There will be three rounds with each round awarding one play booster pack to the winner.

Pre-Release packs this time around are themed to the clans of Tarkir and will be chosen on a first come first served basis so make sure to come out early to secure your preferred clan.

We're also rewarding people who pre-order early with $5 off. Prices raise 4/4. As always, head to our online store to order. (Link in comments!)

In Two Rooms and a Boom – a social deduction/hidden role party game for up to 30 players – there are two teams: the Red Team and the Blue Team. The Blue Team has a President. The Red Team has a Bad Guy. Many other additional unique characters fill the ranks. Players are equally distributed between two rooms (i.e., separate playing areas). The game consists of five timed rounds. At the end of each round, some players will be swapped into opposing rooms. If the Red Team's Bad Guy is in the same room as the President at the end of the game, then the Red Team wins; otherwise the Blue Team wins.

The question is: who is the president? More importantly...who is the bad guy?!

8 PM - 9:30 PM | Monster Prom
Seeking a romantic engagement without the commitment this Valentine's Day? Did you have a crush on the wolfman growing up? Join us for a live play through of the cult classic dating RPG, Monster Prom! We will be taking you through the trials and tribulations of being a single, spooky senior with only *gasp* six weeks to find the perfect prom date!?

Audience participation is REQUIRED as the majority will rule the decision making to get us a date to the Monster Prom! No previous dating sim experience needed!

How we'll play: The game will be projected and participants will be given icons representing the different options, we will begin by voting on our choices of who to woo before jumping into playing. Participants will hold up their chosen icon as we get to each decision, and the majority will decide what path we take. Discussion (and arguing, maybe?) is encouraged!

Sellers set 3 prices for games: Early, Middle, and Last Chance. Every hour drops to the next tier of pricing. Sellers arrive at 12 PM to secure a spot and set up their treasure trove of games. All games should be checked for condition and parts and any issues noted. Anyone can be a seller. Yes, even you! Stay tuned for a a seller form.

Buyers can show up anywhere from 1 to 4. Be sure to stop by early to snag those sweet, sweet grail games.

This is a great chance to clean out games, to get new ones, or to get your collection started.

Happy New Year from Q***r Agenda and No Land Beyond! Join us January 7th for Q***r Agenda’s monthly game night at No Land Beyond to kick off the new year with fun board games, great drinks, and fantastic friends!

In addition to the usual fun and games, we'll be providing a pinboard and note cards to celebrate last year’s achievements and goals made for the new year! Spend some time reflecting on everything you accomplished last year, and everything you want to achieve for this upcoming year.

We hope to see y’all on the 7th to kick off the new year and to share your achievements from 2024 and your plans for 2025! Learn a new game, make new friends, and usher in the new year with fun and festivity!

🚨COMMANDER TOURNAMENTS INCOMING!🚨

New daytime hours mean we have waaay more room for activities.

Introducing our first ever Commander & cEDH tournaments! Two separate tournaments for the casual player and the spiky pals as well.

Saturday December 21st at 1 PM, join us for your choice of either a casual (point based system to be announced a few days before) or competitive tournament (win based/bracketed system). $10 to enter with some great prizes and promos. While cEDH is obviously still competitive, this is meant to be a fun, low stakes intro to EDH tournaments at NLB. We're here to have fun!

🎄 The bears are back in town! December 21st, at 7pm, join an elite team of polar bears for the ultimate Christmas heist... in Santa's Workshop! This is a multi-table tournament, using Grant Howitt's "Honey Heist" one page RPG. Bearmaster's will facilitate each table, and grade their team's heist to determine the winning team! Winning bears will get a prize as well as bragging rights. 🐻‍❄️

The best clothing swap in Baltimore is coming to No Land Beyond! After a year and a half of successful swaps in Mt Vernon, the seasonal swap is coming to Old Goucher for a night of cozy game selections, free clothes, and a screening of Over the Garden Wall!

Never been to a clothing swap before?

Bring your gently used clothing, shoes, and other accessories to the event, and leave with anything new you find! Anything left at the end of our swap will get donated to local organizations.

Have some damaged items you're not ready to give up?
Openworks illustrator and local fiber artist Sarah Grace Etherton will be running an on-site mending station, so we can darn your favorite socks, fix you comfiest sweater, and even teach you how to do it yourself!

After you've found your new favorite threads, we'll have the 2nd Hand Runway ready for you to strut your stuff. Trashy Trophies will be given to the winners of our 4 categories!

Swap, Mending Station, and Movie Screening begin at 6pm, and Runway and Prizes will be at 8pm!
