Despite morning rain and one of the busiest weekends in the city during Sail250, 33 incredible volunteers showed up to clean Baltimore!

Together we removed 116 pounds of trash from our waterfront, including:

♻️ 224 plastic bottles
🥤 53 cans
🥢 52 plastic straws
🍺 41 glass bottles

A huge thank you to our amazing local sponsors who helped make the morning even better:

☕ Coffee Balam for bringing their sustainably sourced Costa Rican coffee truck. Coffee Balam

🥐 Café Fili in Mt. Vernon for the delicious croissants that kept our volunteers fueled. Cafe Fili

🏆 Copper Shark Restaurant in Locus Point for generously donating a gift card to our strangest find winner! Copper Shark

We also started the morning with our free 30-minute HIIT workout before cleaning the waterfront, and ended the day watching the Blue Angels fly overhead during Sail250® Maryland & Airshow Baltimore
