Marinated Ribeye Steak Tips
Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 Tablespoons dried basil
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon Steak Seasoning
2 lbs. Ribeye steak cut in 2-inch pieces
Instructions
Prepare the Marinade:
Combine soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried basil, dried parsley, black pepper and steak seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
Marinate the Steak:
Add steak chunks to the bowl, cover tightly and marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours or up to 24 hours.
Heat the Grill or Flat-top:
Heat your grill or flat-top to medium-high.
Cook the Steak:
Remove steak from marinade and grill for about 2 minutes per side for medium-rare. Adjust cook time for desired doneness.
Serve and Enjoy:
Transfer steak to a platter, let rest for 5 minutes. Garnished with fresh parsley.
PRO TIP: Use this same marinade on grilled cremini mushrooms for the perfect side dish.
