After a near record month of sales in January, I wanted to post for some clarification. We are still doing full service catering and still making food from scratch onsite like this Foccaccia. We just added a new menu with options for couples looking to spend under $100 per person for their wedding. Personally I am very excited for this setup. In the past we weren’t able to work with so many couples due to their budget. So we built a 1000 gallon smoker, worked all fall on a new menu, and we are starting to see it happen.
