A little update from the Stellar family…
Very soon we’ll be welcoming our newest family member! 💙
For years, we’ve had the privilege of helping couples & families plan, celebrate, and preserve some of the most important moments of their lives. This summer, we’re especially grateful to be experiencing another milestone of our own.
Wedding season will continue operating largely as usual. You’ll see a few more members of the Stellar team helping with setup and takedown, rehearsals, behind-the-scenes content, and event support. Some are new, and some have been with us since last wedding season, but regardless of who’s doing what, we operate as one team dedicated to serving our couples. Behind the scenes, we’re still planning, editing, answering emails, and supporting our clients as always, though response times may occasionally be a little slower than usual.
Family session availability will also be limited from July 1st through October 1st.
Because we intentionally limit the number of weddings we take on each year, our 2026 calendar is fully booked and we’ve already begun welcoming couples onto our 2027 & 2028 calendar. We intentionally limit our availability so that every couple receives the time, attention, communication, and support they’ve hired us for throughout the planning process and on their wedding day. Saying no to excited couples is never easy, but honoring the commitments we’ve already made to our existing clients will always come first.
We’re incredibly thankful for our team and for every couple & family who has trusted us with their dreams while our own family continues to grow. ✨
