👉🏼We’re changing up our hours a little bit this week.
Tomorrow we are closing 30 minutes early.
We’re going to make up for that on Saturday when we open at 8:30 AM so parade goers have a chance to grab a treat before the parade! 🇺🇸
After the parade, don’t forget to stop in for the scavenger hunt with kids actually book shop !

Yesterday was my last class of the spring season and some of my besties showed up!

When I scheduled classes this spring, I honestly had no idea if I would even sell any seats, especially since I had to hit pause for a year .
I’ve been so humbled and grateful to have every class sell out. 🥹
There are so many cookie decorating class options out there now, which makes your support mean even more. Thank you to everyone who has taken a class, shared a post, brought a friend, or supported me along the way. ❤️

We do have one more class before summer , a painted cookie class with Michele of Michele Sprague Design.
I actually took this class myself as a student a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it. I’ve been making painted cookies at home because the technique is so much fun.

Today was our very first painted cookie decorating class—and I finally got to be the student! 🎨

Even this old dog learned a few new tricks… and had SO much fun doing it!

Michele was an incredible teacher, and the response to this class has been amazing. Because of the demand, she’s agreed to offer ONE more class before we take a break for summer.

Trust me,you don’t want to miss this one. Such a fun and unique decorating technique!

7 years ago we opened our doors on a whim. We had no idea if anybody would want to take our decorating classes. WOW, what a ride it’s been! 🍭
We’ve moved… twice .
We’ve reinvented ourselves… three times
Somewhere along the way, customers became friends, and the shop became so much more than I ever imagined. From decorating cookies and tea parties to an old fashioned candy shoppe and everything in between , it’s been nothing short of magical.

Thank you for being part of this sweet, ever-changing journey. The memories we’ve made? Absolutely priceless.

Today we hosted an advanced cookie decorating class.
This one brought in some new techniques and icing consistency.
It was great having a group of ladies that have attended my beginner classes challenge themselves and take their decorating up a notch. 🙌🏽
Everyone did a fantastic job!

Our next class is May 3, it is cookie painting and we have only one seat left.
