Welcome to Lavonia Crest

Lavonia Crest is a beautiful private housing development and wedding venue located in the heart of the Southern Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina. With over 40 acres of land, there are several options for those who want to become part of this special community. Build your dream home on a private lot with panoramic views of Roan Mountain or custom build your "tiny home" and set it up at one of our premier spots with full water, sewer, and electrical hookups. Also serving as a wedding venue, Lavonia Crest offers simple and affordable options to help make your dream wedding become a reality. Choose one of several locations on the property to hold the ceremony then feast your way to the pavilion for a reception you will never forget!
