WEEKLY MEAL FOR THURSDAY: LASAGNA

It’s the first week of the month which means it’s LASAGNA week! You all know the drill. It’s cheesy, it’s saucy, it’s to die for. You get restaurant level lasagna without the insane price! This comes with a big slice of lasagna, your choice of garden or Caesar salad, and homemade focaccia bread all for $15.

Last month we had one of the best reviews on this lasagna. She told me that she has really bad heartburn when she eats red sauces but that after eating this she had ZERO heartburn! That’s because we make everything from scratch without the nasty preservatives that come in store brand red sauces. If you haven’t tried it, you don’t want to miss it! 🥰

FRIENDS! Lindsay here! 🙋🏼‍♀️

It’s an absolutely insane week over here in the Holmes household! It’s my last week of school, we have projects galore, graduation for my school tomorrow, my final induction assignment on Thursday, and more so as much as it makes me sad to do this, we’re going to postpone the meal the next week!

We’ve had a fantastic month so far feeding you all! As always we’re so grateful for your support! I’ll post the same meal next week on Sunday evening! ❤️ We hope you all have a fabulous week! We’ll see you when I come up for air next week! ❤️

THURSDAY WEEKLY MEAL: CHILI VERDE BAKED POTATO

This weeks dinner is a baked potato with our delicious chili verde topped with cotija cheese and sour cream. Chili verde potato will be served with a side of equites (Mexican street corn) and homemade refried beans. Our refried beans are a crowd favorite! This meal is super filling and delicious!

Pictures include what each item looks like, although instead of over rice it’s over a potato! As always, you’re getting restaurant quality food without the insane prices! Plates are $15 as always! Let us know how we can feed you this week! ❤️

I’ve really tried to get better about taking pictures but I’m still working on it! I can’t believe I don’t have a picture of Jers tri-tip!!!

These aren’t our meals for this week but they have elements in them! Jer makes an absolutely INCREDIBLE tri-tip and those baked beans are the best I’ve ever had! And so many people told us last time how incredible they were!

There’s only 24 hrs left to order for Thursday dinner this week! As a reminder the tri-tip plate consists of smoked tri-tip (duh), homemade baked beans, garlic Parmesan mashed potatoes, and jalapeño cheddar corn bread. It’s so many flavors packed together in a $15 plate! 🥰

THURSDAY WEEKLY MEAL: Smoked Tri-tip Plate!!!

We’re back to our regular scheduled programming friends! This week we’re coming to you with a tri tip plate! Our tri tip will be served with a side of baked beans, garlic Parmesan mashed potatoes, and a jalapeño cheddar corn bread. This meal is bound to make your taste buds explode with all of the flavor! WEDNESDAY WEEKLY MEAL!!! This week is going to change a tiny bit! The meal is going to be for Wednesday this week as the wife of this team has her big spring concert on Thursday!

We’ve missed you guys! With the end of the school year comes crazy scheduling so we’ve had to take a few weeks off! But we didn’t want to miss another week! We’ll be back to Thursday next week but for this week we decided we’re going to make our lasagna a monthly staple! ❤️ The first week of every month will be lasagna! If you’ve had it you know how incredible it is. If you’ve missed out before, now is your chance! 🥰

Lasagna comes with your choice of a garden or Caesar salad and is served with our homemade focaccia bread! Jer has really gotten into making focaccia and it’s truly to die for! 🤤❤️ Let us know how many plates you want!

WEEKLY MEAL: Tomato Soup with Side Salad

As an ode to the beautiful weather and to mourn it slowly getting warm again (we love cold weather in our house), this week we’ll be having Jers amazing tomato soup. It’s unlike any tomato soup you’ve ever had. So thick and creamy with a splash of heavy cream and garnished with pecorino romano cheese. This soup will be served with a Caesar side salad and fresh baked homemade focaccia bread. Jer has just started making it these last couple weeks and we both agree that it’s the best focaccia bread we’ve had! 🤤

Eat it for dinner Thursday or lunch Friday! It’s perfect for the chilly and gloomy week we have and it happens to be one of my (Lindsay) favorites (and it’s my birthday tomorrow)!!!

We’re serving up pulled pork sandwiches this week! This was the last time we smoked a pork shoulder. I can tell you, there’s not much else that’s better than eating meat straight off the smoker! 🤤 Jer says it needs to rest and to leave it alone but when his back is turned, I’m DEF sneaking bites! 😂

WEEKLY MEAL FOR THURSDAY: PULLED PORK SANDWICHES

Friends! We’re a day late posting after doing some major projects over the weekend but we’re ready to serve you another incredible meal this week! This weeks menu is a super yummy pulled pork sandwich! The pork is a slow smoked pork shoulder that will be served with a classic Cole slaw and homemade baked beans! This will be a little bit of a build your own situation so things don’t get soggy! So everything will be served with a side of rolls and BBQ sauce!

If you’ve had Jers BBQ you know it’s INCREDIBLE! And this does not disappoint! As always, plates are $15! Pick up is Thursday after 5 or you can pick up on Friday afternoon for lunch! ❤️

THURSDAY WEEKLY MEAL: Chicken Caesar Salad

We’ve had some comfort food items the last couple week so we thought we’d switch it to something green! 😂 This chicken Caesar salad is so yummy and a huge portion! Not only do you get the Parmesan, chicken, croutons, but we’re also making homemade Parmesan crisps. We had so many people RAVE about the salads last time! ❤️ Salads are served with a dinner roll, homemade Caesar dressing, and a Parmesan garnish. As always, $15 with a pick up of anytime after 5 PM on Thursday! ❤️

Chili Verde this week turned out FANTASTIC!!!

But in true HolmeStyle fashion, we made too much! So we took (some of) those leftovers and made pizza! It’s so good you guys! So saucy, a little spice, yummy cheese, the perfect char! Learning to make pizza has been a learning curve but tonight was definitely the best it’s turned out! 🤤
