☀️ SUMMER PSA FROM MARGARITA MAN BAKERSFIELD ☀️

As temperatures start climbing here in Bakersfield, we want to share an important reminder to help ensure your rental runs smoothly this Summer.

Our machines perform BEST indoors when temperatures exceed 90°. While the majority of our rentals are used for outdoor parties and events, extreme heat can prevent the machines from freezing properly. When this happens, the motors are forced to work overtime, which can lead to overheating, machine failure, and costly damage.

We always recommend:
✅ Indoor setup when temperatures are over 90°
✅ Shade coverage if outdoors
✅ Fans blowing directly on the machine
✅ Keeping machines away from direct sunlight and extreme heat

Even with shade and fans, Bakersfield heat can still be too intense for the machines to operate correctly outdoors for long periods of time. Unlike many other Margarita Man locations across the country, our local climate creates unique challenges during the Summer months, and we have to make adjustments accordingly.

We completely understand that outdoor parties are part of Summer fun, but we want to be upfront that choosing to operate the machines outdoors in extreme heat does come with risk.

To protect both our equipment and your event experience:

⚠️ We cannot guarantee proper freezing performance when machines are operated outdoors in temperatures over 90°.

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued for heat-related performance issues when setup recommendations are not followed.

⚠️ Customers may be held responsible for damages caused by improper setup or operation in extreme heat conditions.

Our goal is not to inconvenience anyone. We truly want your event to go smoothly and your drinks to stay flowing all day long 🍹
