In this hands-on, 1.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn various paper crafting techniques to create a beautiful set of five unique greeting cards (more can be created if enough time) All materials you’ll need will be provided: envelopes, various crafting papers, stamps, paint, and an array of embellishments.

Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or have never glued two pieces of paper together, this workshop is for you. I will guide you through each step in a relaxed and social atmosphere. Leave feeling accomplished and equipped with heartfelt cards ready to send to your favorite people.

Join me this this evening for Meditate and Create. ✨

Meditate and Create is a evening of meditation and creation. In this session we will begin with a guided meditation to allow us to activate our creative flow . It is intended to release expectations on what creativity is supposed to look like and instead focusing on what it feels like to simply just create.

We will be creating our own affirmation jars to take home. We will be filling the jar with positive affirmations, cheerful quotes, and happy memories. This is a great way to cheer up in those moments where we need some hope, gratitude, and love.

Bring yoga mat if you'd like. Most of session will be utilizing tables and chairs for activity.

Hello beautifuls ❤️ Just wanted to come on here and share some gatherings I am hosting for the month of July.

Full Moon Pomp welcoming the Buck Full Moon.
This moon energy brings spiritual themes of strength and ambition into this season of abundance.

✨July 5: An introduction zoom meeting to Enlightened Soul Summer. This is a 4 session journey work gathering to teach different tools to help you relieve stress and remain elevated for this new season.

✨July 6: Soundbath with Evelyn. A relaxing soundbath session to allow your mind and body to get to a meditative state.

✨July 13: Meditate and Create.
A session of guided meditation and creating our very own affirmation jars. Affirmations have the power to motivate you to act on certain things, help you to concentrate on achieving your goals in life, give you the power to change your negative thinking patterns and replace them with positive thinking patterns.

Hey everyone🌸✨💓
I am currently working on this beautiful project and am excited to share and connect with whoever feels aligned to this. Join me for a introduction meeting via zoom on July 5th to explain why the Enlightened Soul Summer Inner Journey Session was created and how it can benefit you in this beautiful season of summer.

These 4 weekly sessions are created to learn different techniques to help you ground, release stress, practice gratitude, and to make space for beneficial growth.

Every session is intended for you to check in with yourself and to learn things such as meditation, breathwork, intentional movement, affirmations, and other various techniques to help you maneuver through life in a more elevated and calm state.
To help yourself means you are also helping the people around you, and that is a beautiful ripple effect. I look forward to connecting with you if this aligns for you.

Had to take a lil break to nourish my body, heart, nd spirit & now I’m back ready to pour some relaxation and love right back to you ✨
Join me for a donation based session where we will do some breathing exercises to get grounded & activate our beautiful bodies. From there, enjoy the beautiful sounds of various instruments to relax and let your body simply just be.
Please bring water (hydration is key), mat, and/or blanket, pillow, eye mask.
