We’ve been working hard behind the scenes — planning for this little shop we’ve been so excited to bring to the community.

While we’re waiting on work to be completed…I thought it would be fun to start designing in the shop sometimes so we can watch the progression together over time. 🥰

Had so much fun today checking out in Plaza Midwood with my partner in crime !

Thank you all so much for the overwhelming support on our announcement. Truly — we’ve felt it.

The messages, the shares, the excitement… it’s been such a reminder of how special this little community is and how lucky we are to be building something here together.

We’ve also quickly realized we’re now officially managing three social media accounts 😅 which might take a minute to get used to. But we’re excited about it, because this space will be a little different.

Miss Catie’s Blooms has always been centered around the flowers.
Badin Blooms is about the story behind them.

Our friendship.
Our love of flowers and creating.
And the community that continues to show up for us in the most beautiful ways.

We’re looking forward to sharing more of who we are here — the behind the scenes, the laughter, the learning as we go, and the moments that brought us together in the first place.

A little history - Our new space is in a building now owned by special mentor and friend , whom I (Catie) met by chance shoveling mulch with at a volunteer event with

Before that - it was an old body shop owned by the uncle of the antique shop owner I’ve sourced pottery from for years.

The name? C&C Auto.
Catie & Claudia. C&C. 🌿

Every moment has felt like pure serendipity — and that means something to us.

This building used to fix cars.
Now it’s about to hold flowers, workshops, and tables filled with community.

Empty walls. Dusty floors. Big dreams.
Somehow this space found us.

Badin Blooms is more than a flower shop — it’s history, friendship, and a little bit of meant-to-be. 🤍✨

Badin, we can’t wait to open these doors for you.
