Another catering event for the Los Angeles fire department. Over 200 firefighters there to see 3 of their own hang up their coat one last time. It was a really nice retirement ceremony. Congratulations to them, and a special thanks to the city of Los Angeles for their continued support towards our small business for all these years and for the years to come. We truly appreciate it.

is at mom's. A family tradition without ever missing a single Thanksgiving my entire life. This is why. The rice with ham and bacon usually wins.. but the turkey was the official winner this time. So juicy!

catering a Halloween party for all the staff at la county fire department. It was really great coming back again for the 3rd time. Everyone really enjoyed our famous wood grilled tacos. They kept coming back for third and fourth servings.
