The Lunch Bunch, I have decided to press pause on lunch deliveries at this time. Time to make my health a priority. In order to do this, I have to modify my diet and lifestyle. The goal is to reduce gut inflammation. I will start with 30 Day Elimination Diet of no gluten, dairy, alcohol, spicy foods and caffeine (+ maybe corn and soy), then slowly reintroduce a food group at a time. This should shed light on my food allergies and intolerances. Yes, definitely going to be challenging for a foodie like myself.
