tol, our Victorian mansion and courtyard offers you and your guests indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. The Allan House is an intimate environment, yet spacious enough to accommodate most event sizes. Using only the inside, we can accommodate wedding ceremonies of up to 65 guests and seated dinners of 50 - 75, depending on the seating style. Using the courtyard and garden area, as most brides and grooms choose to do, we can accommodate seated dinners for up to 225 guests comfortably. The Allan House is an extremely versatile space that can take on many wedding and event looks and styles (classic/traditional, garden elegant, bohemian chic, rustic, glam, modern, whimsical, sophisticated, vintage, shabby chic, etc.). We like to think of our venue as the blank canvas for each client to paint their personal vision onto. During the winter months of December, January and February, the Allan House includes usage of a gorgeous clear top, clear sided tent provided by Marquee Events in all of our rentals. The tent is custom fit to our outdoor space, and covers the entire courtyard area. It comes equipped with clear tent walls, white draping on all of the tent poles, crystal chandelier lighting and full heating.
