The Architectural Grazing Tower 🧀
Transform your next gathering into a sculptural event with this tiered charcuterie display. By utilizing verticality, you shift the focus from a standard flat board to an immersive, restaurant-quality centerpiece that feels both abundant and intentionally designed.
Serves: 10–12 people
Board Breakdown
Anchors: Three-tier glass serving stand.
Savory: Thinly sliced Genoa salami (curled into a cascading river and a top-tier rose), sharp cheddar cubes, and mozzarella pearls.
Fresh: Large green olives, black olives, fresh rosemary sprigs, and fresh sage leaves.
Crunch & Fill: The dense placement of the cheddar and olives serves as the structural filler to eliminate negative space.
Assembly Flow
Anchors — Assemble the glass tiers. Place the largest serving items at the base and work upward.
Flow — Begin the salami river. Fold slices in half, then quarters, and overlap them tightly to create the vertical cascade that runs from the top tier to the bottom. Create the salami rose on the top tier as the focal point.
Color — Nestle cheddar cubes and mozzarella pearls in clusters on each tier to create rhythm and color contrast against the dark meat and glass.
Fill — Tuck olives into the remaining gaps and accent with rosemary and sage for architectural height and aromatic texture.
This is the ultimate way to bring drama and taste to your hosting repertoire.
