🔥Mia’s Method: Never Skip the Site Visit🔥

A venue may look perfect online, but there is no substitute for seeing it in person. A site visit allows you to experience the flow of the space, identify potential challenges, and uncover opportunities you might otherwise miss. Pay attention to parking, guest arrival, accessibility, lighting, power sources, acoustics, vendor access, and room transitions. Walk the event as your guests would and ask yourself, “What will they see, feel, and experience at every touchpoint?” The more questions you answer during a site visit, the fewer surprises you’ll encounter on event day.

Today’s event took me on an amazing emotional ride. Special music featured The Variations Choir, comprised of neurodiverse students on the autism spectrum. While some of the students don’t speak, they can sing! I had a total ugly cry moment.
Then shero had an unforgettable conversation with esteemed author . The gems that were dropped were priceless.
Congrats to and team for continually creating beautiful spaces for artists.
Music is definitely a unifier!
