Willoughby is a washed rind cheese from Jasper Hill Farm in Vermont, known for its custardy texture and savory, buttery flavor. Right now, it’s in our cheese case and pairs beautifully with summer stone fruit like peaches and cherries. Pure Luck feta is back just in time for summer, and that means it’s cocktail hour. Try a Feta Martini: swap olive brine for feta brine and garnish with feta-stuffed olives for the saltiest, cheesiest sip of the season.

An almost-classic dirty martini, except instead of olive brine, we’re using feta brine. Stuff an olive with feta, for a built-in, cheesy snack.

June is Verdejo Month at Antonelli’s, and today is World Verdejo Day. So let’s talk about why this is the white wine we’re reaching for all summer long. We’re partnering with Ribera y Rueda Wine
and Denominación de Origen Rueda to feature Naia Verdejo by the glass and bottle at our tasting events this month. If you fall for a bottle (and we think you will), you can take it home for 40 percent off when you buy it at an event.

Rueda is Spain’s top-selling white wine region, and Verdejo is its signature grape. The wines are bright, fresh, and complex, a perfect match for Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio fans.
