We are incredibly honored to announce that A Casino Party by Texas Poker Supply was recognized with two national awards at this year's National Association of Casino Party Operators (NACPO) Conference.

These awards mean a lot because they come from our peers across the country who understand what it takes to create exceptional event experiences.

While it's exciting to be recognized for creativity, the award that means the most to me is the Dealer Incentive/Recognition Award.

From day one, we've believed that the best investment we can make isn't in casino tables or equipment. It's in our people.

We strive to create a workplace where our dealers feel appreciated, respected, and excited to come to work. We don't ask for loyalty. We earn it. Today, our average dealer tenure is eight years, many of our team members have been with us for more than a decade, and we're even welcoming second-generation family members onto our team.

This corporate conference client told us they used a different casino party company last year.
