I/We, Our Multi-state, NJ, NY, Ft. Lauderdale, Boca, Miami, Keys, Caering/Staffing Since 1980..NOW Have settled in Austin, Texas. Catering, Serving, Bartending, Set-Up, breakdown, CLEAN! with Staffing from Guests of 2 to 200 + and all in between. Since Covid began 3/20/20 We have not been active regularly. A Few In Home, Private CC Affairs/staffing etc.
I, Drew, & We, Our Team are Ready to revamp. Austin style. Done the research ready for the challenge.
Kosher Is Our Specialty as I catered, when young for 30+ yrs. I learned Proper Shiva & Bar/Bat Mitzvahs are Our Specialty, Empathetically & Compassionately.
OR..NOW..We Can Do "Blake's"Crawfish Boil, Pig Roasts, Formal In Home Holiday Family Soirees, Real Southern Afternoon Tea Parties or BBQ's Poolside.. whatever You, The Client would care for. We are at Your service! Awesome & Passionate for 40 years.
