Sure, one rose costs 2 dollars- but it’s not just 1 🌹
⭐️ The week of your wedding, we are washing buckets (to help increase the longevity of your blooms), pulling inventory, prepping vases and cleaning candle sleeves, etc.
All before touching a flower.
⭐️ We then spend hours processing the blooms. Removing thorns, pulling excess leaves to prevent molding, cutting the stems to hydrate after transportation, allowing them to reopen before designing.
Troubleshooting any flowers that didn’t come in the right color, weren’t big enough, didn’t reflex right or were damaged.
⭐️ THEN we get to start to designing.
The weeks before that:
We go to the venue walkthroughs to talk about designs, vendor load in requirements, timelines and all the details.
Schedule secondary walkthroughs to test out the mechanics of installations.
Update our Insurance for the specific venue chosen.
Create a detailed recipe of each specific bloom that will be in each arrangement and design. (Thank you )
Schedule free lancers. Order additional rental vans.
Order the flowers. Discuss subs needed, availability and prices if they have fluctuated.
Make mock ups. Zoom calls. Create proposals. Update proposals. Make revisions.
Your wedding is one day. The prep is continuous.
