🌼 Summer Track — 30 hrs, earn the Marigold Award, hour sign-offs for NHS/NJHS & more
⭐ Teen Leadership Council — year-long leadership role, references, mentorship & credentials

These activity are an exciting way to volunteer, learn, and engage with arts, wellness, or recreational activities. You must sign up to participate.

MHISA creates interactive mental health workshops that focus on connection, reflection, and community support—especially for people who may be at higher risk of social isolation.

In this session, we’ll explore how culture shapes emotional well-being across the lifespan.
Please come support the UT students who are spreading this awareness in our community.

This session aligns with SAIVA’s mission to reducing isolation by building meaningful connections through wellness, education, volunteering, and intergenerational engagement.
