Brian & Deborah were high school sweethearts in 1975. They reconnected a few years back and were married at Chapel Dulcinea on May 14th, 2025. We provided Cake, floral, photography and coordination for this awesome wedding.

Brian & Shannon had a super secret elopement wedding at Chapel Dulcinea on May 8th. It did start raining during ceremony and that was just fine with them and us! Both are medical device reps so if I ever need a new knee, I know who to call! We provided photography, coordination, officiating and floral.

Cory & Lisa were married on a very hot day on May 3rd at Chapel Dulcinea. These are true Texans and the heat did not bother them at all. Didn't bother us either. Heat, cold, rain, 40 mph wind, hail storms..we have done it all. About Chapel Dulcinea & Wizard Academy:

Chapel Dulcinea, Austin's renowned Free Wedding Chapel, hosts over 1,000 weddings annually on the beautiful campus of Wizard Academy, a 501(c)(3) educational organization dedicated to empowering small business owners through communication skills training. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team and contribute to the memorable experiences of our guests.

Job Description:

Are you a people person with a positive, can-do attitude? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional service? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team, providing support for both Chapel Dulcinea's Welcome Center and Wizard Academy's event operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcome Center Duties:

Greeting guests with a warm and cheerful demeanor.
Providing information about Chapel Dulcinea and Wizard Academy.
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining a clean and organized environment, including dusting shelves, replenishing inventory, and cleaning restrooms.
Ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Wizard Academy Event Support Duties:

Assisting with food pick-up from vendors using the company van.
Setting up and supporting meal service for classes and events held at the Wizard's Tower.
Cleaning and preparing the tower between class days.
Providing general support to ensure the success of events.
Qualifications:

A cheerful and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Reliability and punctuality.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Availability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license.
Interest in the wedding/event industry.
A strong ability to work without constant supervision.
Additional Information:

The Welcome Center operates from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, seven days a week.
This position requires a flexible schedule to cover various shifts as needed.
This role is not suitable for individuals who require downtime for personal tasks during work hours.
