We ended the competition season with a bang! Took home first place in the Dakota SXS ATV Ribest and Ride competition in Hastings, MN. We were super happy the weather held out as well as it did and couldn't be more excited with taking home a trophy!

Congrats to all the teams that heard their name called for people's choice ribs and sides!

Huge thanks as always to Smokin’ Bros Rubs & Seasonings for hooking us up with rubs to take our ribs to the next level!

We want to give a huge thanks to Fire-Ballz USA for sending us some of their eco friendly fire starters to try out! We fired a couple up yesterday and were very happy with the burn time on them. They also had flames reach about 6 inches in height, perfect for starting up the coals in our gravity feed smoker.

Thanks again for samples, cant wait to BURN through the rest!

We dont often post about non BBQ items but have to shoutout Smokin’ Bros Rubs & Seasonings and their Lockdown seasoning for giving this creamy tortellini dish the flavor it needed! We added some asparagus (healthy touch) and hot honey sausage for a little kick and it all came together super well!

Good to know I've still got a touch for things besides BBQ!

We had an awesome time in Canton at the Boomer Backyard BBQ competition!

Our chicken turned out fantastic and landed us a 2nd place call and almost a perfect 180 score (two judges gave use 989). We felt great about our turn in and the judges agreed. It was not our day for ribs unfortunately, we'll just leave it at that

Great as always to see all of our BBQ friends, congrats to Sassy Smoke on the RGC and Mike Burns on the GC!

No more competitions for us this year but we'll be back for more next summer! Have to give a huge thanks to Smokin’ Bros Rubs & Seasonings for supporting us in our competitions!
