From the beginning, Chef Mark Davis Jr., owner of Atl Fusion BBQ used to set up to sell barbecue plates at a car wash on weekends before work. He eventually grew from that into a full-service catering company, . But his love for barbecue wouldn’t go away.⁠

Once Chef Mark and his team were done fulfilling orders each evening, they would sell late-night barbeque plates. The demand for the BBQ plates became too great for the small kitchen, so in 2018, ATL Fusion BBQ took on a life of its own!⁠
