If you’ve ever experienced the warmth and care that make this place what it is… you’ve felt Tammy’s impact.

We’ll miss her presence in the day-to-day but are grateful she’ll stay connected in an advisory role.

One of our all-time favorite coffees is back: Costa Rica - Familia Monge, roasted by Modest Coffee. Grown on a 12-acre farm in San José by the father-son team Rodolfo and Gustavo Monge, this natural-process coffee is a beautiful expression of the land and the people behind it.

Because the beans are dried inside the cherry, their natural sugars soak deep into the seed—resulting in a cup that’s fruit-forward, juicy, and full-bodied.

This year’s harvest? Think apple, cherry, cranberry, and a hint of milk chocolate. It’s sweet, vibrant, and absolutely worth slowing down for.
