Nestled inside the beautiful Klupenger Nurseries (dating back to 1946) lies two acres of sprawling lawns, old growth Doug Fir trees, a large pond, water feature, elevated gazebo, and a paved courtyard with ADA access. This beautifully landscaped venue can accommodate up to 300 guests showcasing excellent views of some of the Valley’s oldest and most historic agricultural estates, farms, and wineri
es. It lies just above the Willamette River between Champoeg State Park and the Aurora State Airfield. Only 30 minutes from the city of Portland Oregon, it has easy access from the freeway, and boasts plenty of parking for guests and vendors. The space includes a full size Bridal Suite equipped with a formal bar, full bathroom, professional make up prep area, and a conversational seating area. The estate itself is rooted in love. The owners met in high school and kindled their young love in college, and have been together ever since. Here on the farm, they raised their children, grew a successful business, and nurtured an exquisite property. Great care is given to the property year round, but the love really shows in the late spring when the garden begins to bloom and the trees turn from blossoms to a lush green.
