Come by and see us this Saturday 5/17.. We’re having a Saturday Sampler from 11 -3 pm. for Slims homemade BBQ sauce made right here in WV.. they are one of our favorites ! John will be sampling his different flavors of barbecue sauce on pulled pork, chicken and brisket and we will be putting out some of our favorites that we sell here at the store too .. like our popular Chunky Chicken.. Ham .. Egg.. Cheese salads and a few other items right out on our front porch .. come on buy and try a sample !

"2025" has started off with a few "drop off" cooks. We managed with all the snow and crazy temperatures. Thank you Jacob's Ladder and Beitzel!

We restocked some folks with BBQ sauce: 19th street market in Parkersburg and Hanlan's meat market in Maple Valley.

We have managed to get some much needed maintenance started within the last week.

These boy's see alot of work and keep our bigger smoker doing it's job.

All 4 have been taken apart,cleaned, and rebuilt, ready for another smokin year!
