That’s me—the one my adorable family is looking at 🤍

As we enter an exciting season ahead, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself. My name is Amy Harloe, founder and lead event producer of HEA Events Chicago.

With nearly 27 years of experience in the events industry—including 17 years in Los Angeles working alongside some of the most notable names in the business—I’ve had the privilege of producing events with a high level of detail, intention, and refinement. Since moving to Chicago in 2016, I have personally planned and coordinated nearly 200 weddings, each designed to reflect the unique vision and style of my clients.

With Mother’s Day approaching, it felt especially meaningful to share the family behind the scenes—the ones who inspire my work and remind me why creating such important, once-in-a-lifetime celebrations is so rewarding.

Our 2026 calendar is nearly fully booked, 2027 availability is limited, and we have begun accepting a select number of 2028 clients. We had the pleasure of working with so many incredible clients in 2025, and we truly miss being part of their special moments. Stephanie and Kyle were an absolute dream to work with—such a wonderful couple. Their venue was new to our team, but it was stunning, and their staff made the experience seamless from start to finish. The floral design was beautiful, and the DJ kept the dance floor full all night long!

We only have a handful of dates still available for 2026 and would love to celebrate with a few more amazing couples to round out the year!

Collaborating with Magda and Dustin for their summer wedding was an absolute joy! Not only are they the kindest couple, but their relatives and friends were equally delightful. The entire wedding day was filled with fun for all, enhanced by the stunning decor, scrumptious cuisine, and vibrant dance floor. I'm eagerly looking forward to reuniting with everyone at Magda's sister's wedding in 2026!
