Pay close attention...The Bible says the first time GOD destroyed the earth by water and he promised to never do that again. I won’t even pretend I understand all of the book of Revelation, but I do understand that I do wish to spend eternity in Heaven. I have been reading about the second coming of Christ and the events unfolding since I was a child. The "Mark of the Beast" Artificial Intelligence, microchips, no cash/digital currency, total government dependency/control. No one can comprehend how bad it will be, but we see it happening, bit by bit, on the news everyday. While the devil is preparing people for the Anti Christ, GOD is preparing people for the Rapture. We don’t know when the rapture will take place but I know that I’m not planning to be left behind when that trumpet sounds! I also believe right now that GOD is giving us a chance to turn our lives around and live according to His will. We need to get the Gospel message out! Until the good Lord calls me away from this world to go home, I want to make it clear that I believe in Jesus Christ as the one and only true Lord and Savior. Despite the fact that I am human, and I fail a lot, I believe that Jesus is the Son of GOD.

So if the Holy Spirit moves you and you’re not ashamed, just COPY, and make this your status update. I’m a believer in GOD The Father, Jesus The Son died on a cross so that i could be saved - Amen

Advice from an Urgent Care! Everyone is sick right now so stay out of folks faces.
RSV, Mycoplasma pneumonia, Flu A & B are going around. We’re seeing so many people at urgent care, daily. it’s so bad this year 😷
Treat symptomatically, these are all viruses, that can last UP TO 2-3weeks, especially that walking pneumonia, you can have a cough for months after. There’s no antibiotic treatment. Over the counter Mucinex DM, loosens all the mucus and thins it out, increase fluids, heavy on the water intake❗️use a humidifier if you have one. Take hot steamy showers, I recommend the v***r tablets, feels like heaven. Cough medicine for your cough (if you get rid of the mucus, you get rid of the cough) Tylenol/ibuprofen for your fever, pain, headaches, etc..
Also, sinus flushing (sinus suction for the littles) best thing you can do for the pressure headaches.
If you have a nebulizer, use it every 4-6 hours. If you don’t have the solution from the doctor, mix 2 cups of sterile water (bottled or boiled) with 1 tsp of salt, helps break up all that mucus in your lungs, chest, head ❗️

If you have the luxury of thinking addicts are lowlife scums who chose their addiction, remember to thank your Higher Self that you have no idea what this life is like. One thing you never want to do is watch someone you love, who has fought so hard to beat addiction, throw everything away and sink back into a life that will most likely lead to jail or death. You want to grab them and shake them and scream, "What are you doing?!?!" but, at some point, you realize it wouldn't make a bit of difference. So, you sit back and watch the tragedy unfold, as if you are watching a movie. Feeling helpless to stop it, feeling like you haven't done enough to help, even though you know, only the addict can help themselves. Battling addiction is a beast for the person addicted, and for the ones who love them. l am asking you to stand with me in support of every family member, loved one, and friend who has lost or is losing their battle with drugs, alcohol or other addictions and for those who continue to conquer it!
Put this on your page for one hour if you know someone who struggles/ed with addiction! 💚

Great information!!!

I have attended many CPR classes over the years, but was never told this…..
When you are alone and have a heart attack. What are you gonna do then ?
A rarely good post that can't be shared often enough:
1.
Take a 2 minute break and read this:
Let's say it's 5:25 pm and you're driving home after an unusually hard day's work.
2.
You are really tired and frustrated.
All of a sudden your chest pains. They are starting to radiate in the arm and jaw. It feels like being stabbed in the chest and heart. You're only a few miles away from the nearest hospital or home.
3.
Unfortunately you don't know if you can make it..
4.
Maybe you've taken CPR training, but the person running the course hasn't told you how to help yourself.
5.
How do you survive a heart attack when you're alone when it happens? A person who is feeling weak and whose heart is beating hard has only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness.
6.
But you can help yourself by coughing repeatedly and very strongly! Deep breaths before every cough. Coughing should be repeated every second until you arrive at the hospital or until your heart starts to beat normally.
7.
Deep breathing gives oxygen to your lungs and coughing movements boost the heart and blood circulation. Heart pressure also helps to restore a normal heartbeat. Here's how cardiac arrest victims can make it to the hospital for the right treatment
8.
Cardiologists say if someone gets this message and passes it on to 10 people, we can expect to save at least one life.
9.
FOR WOMEN: You should know that women have additional and different symptoms. Rarely have crushing chest pain or pain in the arms. Often have indigestion and tightness across the back at the bra line plus sudden fatigue.
