Rental Event Center We have a dinning/meeting hall that measures 38 X50ft. We have a large kitchen with stove, refrigerator & dishwasher.

We also have large serving items for your convenience. Such as 28 cup coffee pot and a punch bowl etc. We also have a small meeting room and handicapped accessible restrooms. We provide tables & chairs for 125 people. Our Max capacity is 250 people. we have 5 round tables, 2 six foot tables and 13 8 ft tables

Weekend availability in Dec as of 11-17.

This could change quickly due to cancelations and new reservations.

Our hours are 6 am to midnight and we require a minimum of 30 minutes between bookings. When we have back to back bookings, it is not always possible for us to check and/or deep clean the facility so we rely on renters leaving the facility in good shape.

These are the reserved times unless noted as OPEN.

Fri 12-3: OPEN
Sat 12-4: 2 bookings that cover noon to 10 pm
Sun 12-5: 2 bookings that cover 11 am to 630 pm
Fri 12-10: 1 booking 11 am to 5 pm
Sat 12-11: 2 bookings that cover noon to 8 pm
Sun 12-12: 1 booking 1 pm to 5 pm
Fri 12-17: OPEN
Sat 12-18: 2 bookings that cover noon to 730 pm
Sun 12-19: 1 booking noon to 6 pm
Fri 12-24: 1 booking noon to 8 pm
Sat 12-25: 1 booking 900 am to 2 pm
Sun 12-26: 1 booking 8 am to 8 pm
Fri 12-31: OPEN

If are looking for a location to gather over Thanksgiving weekend, Wednesday 11-24, Friday 11-26 and Sunday 11-28 are completely open.

We could accommodate an early booking on Thanksgiving day provided you can be cleaned up and out by no later than 330 pm.

Pursuant to the order of the Lawrence County Commission dated 03-20-2020, we regret to announce the Community Center is unable to accommodate social gatherings effective immediately and until the order is lifted.

Since there is no set end date, we will evaluate bookings on a week by week basis. Someone will be in contact with you to discuss returning your deposit and rent should your event be cancelled.

This crisis WILL pass!! We will not cancel dates in late April and beyond unless you request cancellation. Those events will only be cancelled if the order remains in place. If you have sent payment, your check will not be deposited until we are sure your event can take place.

Our Story

We are here to serve the community by providing the perfect venue for company meetings, family celebrations, indoor sales, etc.

Our dinning/meeting hall measures 38 X 50 ft. We have a large kitchen with stove, refrigerator & dishwasher. We also have various serving items for your convenience. Such as a Bunn coffee maker with three warming plates and four pots, two large percolator coffee pots, large drink dispensers, punch bowl, crock pots and an assortment of serving utensils, etc.

Our lovely outdoor patio area is complete with an outdoor grill - bring your own propane.

We also have a separate smaller meeting room with a large conference table and chairs.
