Established in 2002, Aurora Colony Vineyards is a family-owned winery in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Which are you trying first?

🧀Naked Baked Brie - A small wheel of Brie cheese topped with chopped Granny Smith apples & bits of walnuts, lightly tossed with hot honey and finished with cloves of roasted garlic. Baked to perfection and served with slices of warm baguette.

🥪Bratwurst Slider - Ground Bratwurst patties seared to perfection. Served on a grilled pretzel roll topped with melted Swiss cheese, grilled onions, grilled sauerkraut and a Bavarian mustard. Served with your choice of fresh hand cut French fries or our house side salad.

🦐Crawfish Etouffee - Nothing says southern comfort food like a stick-to-your-ribs bowl of authentic Cajun Crawfish Etouffee. Chef Dave makes this traditional creole dish with his own blend of Cajun spices, tender crawfish tails simmered low and slow with peppers, onions, celery, and plenty of butter to create a rich, roux-thickened sauce that coats each grain of rice perfectly. After one bite of this Cajun country classic, you'll understand why Louisianans consider etouffee a birthright.
