I'm not offering an April delivery menu. Instead it's all about chocolate for Easter!! To my regular delivery customers, I'll still fill your requests and bring them by. For the rest of you, how about something to satisfy the sweet tooth? Robin eggs filled with a sweetened peanut butter and almond flour mix, tastes just like a Reese's peanut butter cup! A butt bunny perhaps? Or the ever popular chocolate deviled eggs. A Happy Easter to All!!

Playing around tonight with dinner. Carrots (puff pastry) filled with rotisserie chicken salad for us, filled with plain chicken and cheese for the grands, and then filled with strawberry cream for dessert. Yum! If you'd like some empty shells to fill yourself or fillings to go with them, send me a message! Skies the limit for fillings!

Needing some last minute goodies to add to your Thanksgiving table? How about a spice or carrot cake drizzled with cream cheese frosting and salted caramel? Soft oatmeal cookie acorns? Mother Nature told me it's time to switch gears. Me and the grandkids picked what we could reach and now it's time to make applesauce, apple chutney, apple pies, apple butter, apple fritter bread, apple cinnamon slow cooked pork, apple jelly, caramel apples, apple cider, apple brown betties, fried apples with sausage for breakfast this weekend and I think I'll still have some left!!!

Peaches, it's that time of the year. Easy, low sugar and luxuriously delicious! I made a chicken wrap with peach butter instead of mayo, it's awesome!!
