Hello. I would like to introduce myself. My name is November. I grew up in the small town of Pittston, Maine. I was fortunate to be able to watch my parents work hard for what they wanted to accomplish. My mom always grew fresh veggies & herbs and we had chickens for the eggs & meat. My parents both hunted so I knew the taste of game meat and the importance of what nature has to offer our palletes. My mom was always creative in her cooking and baking. Always using the freshest ingredients. I would like to thank my parents for raising me close to nature and for teaching me the appreciation of the little things.
Board & Bites started from something really simple. One day, I made a charcuterie board just for fun. I didn’t think much of it — I just loved putting flavors and colors together. When everyone saw it, they kept telling me how creative it was and how beautiful it looked… and more importantly, how good it tasted.
That moment planted a seed. What started as a single board made with love slowly turned into a passion I couldn’t ignore. Board & Bites was born from creativity, connection, and the joy of bringing people together around good food. I’m so grateful for everyone who believed in me from the very beginning!!! ❤️
