Calling ALL musicians, dancers, filmmakers, artists, performers and creatives!

Individuals, groups and organizations are invited to submit proposals for artistic projects. Those chosen will be commissioned to implement the project throughout the year. Selected projects will be promoted and documented by Westobou.

Have you ever wondered what goes into curating a contemporary art exhibition? Westobou Gallery takes you behind the scenes for a special look at how they transform their beautiful space with each exhibition. You will be immersed in the artwork and learn what it means to be a curator by creating your own flower arrangement inspired by the artwork. Enjoy your creation with a glass of wine as you mingle with your friends and talk about your curated selections.

Tickets are $30 each with discounts for Westobou Members. Bring your friends and family for a fun experience!

Delve into the geometric foundations and abstract patterns of works by Memphis-based artist, Khara Woods. This exhibition reflects Woods’ ongoing search to honor the legacy of craftspeople in her family while interpreting the influence of architecture.

Join us on April 4 at 5 p.m. for a talk from Khara Woods followed by a reception from 6-8 p.m.

Augusta, you BLUE us a way with your support for our first ever WestoHUE event!

We’re leaving the experience up in the gallery for the next two days for anyone to check out. Stop by today or tomorrow to take in the experience, snap some selfies and see the ten artworks that were auctioned last night. We’ll have some drinks and snacks on hand and we will be accepting donations through Saturday to keep the momentum going! So if you missed out, or couldn’t get enough— don’t feel blue we’ve got you!
