Last week this time, we fed 500 ppl in 48 hours!! 😮💨😮💨 We got a few days off this past week and then we will be back at it. Working alongside my husband, best friend, my Mr. Quiet to my storm makes this Exquisite life even better. 🥰🥰 Last Friday, the Gentle Giant had 4 fryers going to feed 350+ ppl after cooking since 6am the previous day. Most people know and some people don't know, we are MUCH more than just eggrolls.
I said all that to say, we have been in this for a while. Our clientele has been consistent. They book us up every year on the off season! No advertisement. Recurring clients and word of mouth has kept us booked and busy, time and time again! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
