A little business update 💖

After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided that Confetti Co. will no longer be offering inflatable rentals.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but over the past few months I’ve spent a lot of time asking myself what I want this business to look like moving forward.

The answer was simple, I want to create 🎨💕

One of the biggest things this season of burnout taught me is that not everything has to be offered just because it’s profitable or expected. The creative side of this business, the custom balloon installations, styling, dreaming up new designs, and bringing your visions to life, is where I truly thrive. It’s the part that fills my cup instead of draining it.

While our inflatables brought so many smiles and memories, I realized they weren’t fueling my creativity. Somewhere along the way, I started feeling disconnected from the part of this business that made me fall in love with it in the first place.

So instead of trying to do everything, I’m choosing to do what I do best 💘

This change will allow me to pour even more time, energy, and creativity into creating one of a kind balloon installations and unforgettable celebrations for all of you.

This has been one of the hardest lessons I’ve learned as a business owner. Sometimes the things that seem like they’re setting you back are actually redirecting you to where you’re meant to be. Growth isn’t always adding more, it can also mean letting go of what’s no longer aligned.

I truly believe that when you’re willing to learn those hard lessons, you come back stronger, wiser, and better than before. That’s exactly what this season has been for me.

Thank you for continuing to support The Confetti Co. through every season of growth. Sometimes the best thing you can do (for yourself and for your business) is make room for what truly brings you joy 💕

Working with Riner & Company is just as magical as it looks💛🩷 her attention to detail is unmatched & her patience is on another level 🤣 she fought with the vinyl on our umbrella cart the entire time I was setting up 🙃🫣 iykyk… vinyl can really be your worst enemy

Sometimes your body whispers. Sometimes it screams. Mine finally forced me to listen.

If you’ve been wondering where Confetti Co. has been, here’s the truth. I spent way too long in burnout mode, ignoring every sign my body was trying to give me. Eventually, the stress caught up to me in ways I couldn’t ignore, and I developed psoriasis. A physical and now life long reminder that I couldn’t keep pouring from an empty cup.

My body made the decision for me. I had to step back, slow down, and really reevaluate how I wanted to run this business. As hard as it’s been, I’m grateful for the perspective it’s given me. I’m learning that a successful business shouldn’t come at the expense of your health. A successful business should support your life, not consume it.

For the rest of July, we’ll be easing back into things and taking it slow as I continue to build a healthier, more sustainable way of running Confetti Co. Come August, we’ll be back in full swing, and I couldn’t be more excited for everything ahead. 💕

To every client who’s checked in, been patient, and continued to support me through this season, thank you. Your kindness, understanding, and encouragement have meant more than you’ll ever know.

This isn’t the end of Confetti Co. by any means, it’s a reset. One that’s been long overdue. Here’s to listening to our bodies before they force us to. 🤍✨🎈
